I’m a big believer in getting advice when traveling to a new place or a place I’ve been to before, whether it’s from friends, family, or hunting for clues on social media. That’s why whenever I have a piece of advice or discover something new, I love to share it with you all! One of my favorite places to visit is 30A in Florida (find my guide here). everything here is 30A). I recently had the chance to stay in a newly opened boutique hotel. Court Beach– and I can’t say enough great things about it!
Court It is a new concept boutique hotel consisting of eight residences. All beautifully designed and furnished, right in the heart of Seaside. Just a few steps from the beach and the iconic city centre! Each residence faces a communal “court” known as The Lawn and is a true garden oasis in the middle of the popular seaside town. If you need to be in the 30A for a quick trip – maybe a wedding or girls’ weekend – this would be a great place to stay. Or if the home you’re renting doesn’t have enough room for everyone in the extended family, this would be a great option. I can imagine it would also be a great place for a small corporate retreat!
when you stay Court You’re a few steps (literally steps!) from the city center, so you don’t have to worry about getting into a car or parking. Enjoyed walking in for coffee at Seaside’s new Black Bear Bakery (I wrote about the Grayton Beach locations on this one). Message!) You have access to all Seaside pools and guests have access to free bikes during their stay! It makes getting around so much easier. If you’ve been to Seaside before then you know that one of the best things about the city is that it’s bike friendly with lots of trails to explore the surrounding area.
But let’s talk about the rooms. I know high design isn’t always a given when renting a beach house or staying at a beachside hotel. Let me tell you: the rooms at The Court are a dream! Each is furnished with Serena & Lily decor, Peacock Alley bedding, Nespresso coffee makers, marble bathrooms, and more luxurious touches. It’s like walking into a beachside paradise! Every detail is very well thought out and deliberate. The best part: each room has its own patio seating with a swing. While the actual rooms are smaller, this patio expands the space a lot! Bought food from a local food truck and enjoyed dinner on the patio swing!
So, I can’t recommend it, whether you have an upcoming Seaside trip or you’re hoping to get one on your calendar soon. Court sufficient. While resort fees are more expensive, the convenience and charm make it the perfect place for a girls’ outing or weekend getaway!
