There is a Facebook group vaccine talkuses a mix of rules and active control to create a culture of fact-based knowledge sharing. There is Forums on Reddit tackling hot topics while avoiding insults. And recently Twitter initiated A new product that supports healthy conversations called “Communities”.

What can we learn from environments where productive conversations take place? What are these groups doing that works so well?
