And even more entertainingly, Ralph Fiennes’ Gareth Mallory aka M (head of MI6); M’s secretary, Eve Moneypenny (Naomie Harris); technical equipment specialist Q (Ben Whishaw); and Bond’s CIA ally Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright).

4K in action: As with all Bond movies released in UHD, viewers have a panoramic, dazzling travel diary of some of the most beautiful and exotic places on earth as the agent tackles another worldwide threat to humanity.
This time, the visual quest begins on a dreamy snowy Langvann in Norway, aided by ultra-clear and high dynamic range enhancements, transported to the ancient cave houses of Matera in Southern Italy; London at dusk (Spectre agents walking by the side of a building); a sunny cove off the coast of Jamaica; and finally ends in the solid concrete confines of the Garden of Poison.
The action and nearly three-dimensional locations look so realistic and rich in clarity and color that moments literally leap right out of a home entertainment screen.
The best extras: Viewers get four features (roughly 30 minutes). Features explore the use of practical aerobatics; epic places; production design and costume; a dangerous motorcycle jump; a ship that exploded and sank off the coast of Cuba; and details poured into the making of the Havana bar set.
